I signed up for the 6-month offer, but only got 14-days
It sounds like you may have redeemed our 14-day free trial offer. In most cases you will still be able to redeem the 6-month offer.
To redeem the offer:
- Open your Quibi app
- Sign out of your Quibi account
- Completely quit your Quibi app (in some cases, restarting the device is necessary)
- Open your T-Mobile Tuesday App
- Tap on the Quibi offer
- Tap Save if you have not already
- Tap Redeem
- When you are directed to the Quibi app, be sure you see a screen that says "T-Mobile + Quibi"
- If you see that screen, finish the sign up flow and you'll be all set
- If you do NOT see that screen, contact Quibi support and we can help
I'm trying to redeem the offer, but when I get to the Quibi app it says I am not eligible
The 6-month T-mobile offer is only valid for new Quibi customers. If you've previously had a free or paid Quibi account attached to your App Store or Play Store account on the device, you will not qualify for the free 6 months.
If you have never had a trial or subscription with us in the past, follow the steps above to try redeeming the offer again.
