Switching from Ad Free to Ad Supported
When switching from our Ad Free plan to our Ad Support plan, the change will take effect when your subscription renews. You'll continue enjoying an ad free experience until your next bill, at which point you'll be charged our Ad Supported rate and begin seeing ads in your app.
Switching from Ad Supported to Ad Free
When switching from our Ad Supported plan to our Ad Free plan, we will immediately update your account to accommodate your preference for an ad free experience. Your App Store or Play Store account will be credited a prorated amount based on the remainder of your billing cycle, and you will begin a new Ad Free billing cycle immediately.
