Logging in on different device types:
You can log into your Quibi account on multiple devices at once, even if they're different operating systems. Your account is tied to your email and password, and will give you access to the Quibi app on any device.
Permanently switching from one billing option to the other:
Even when you log in to other devices, your subscription will be tied to the Apple App store or Google Play store account that you first signed up with.
Because of this, if you are planning a long term switch Apple to Android, or vice versa, you will want to temporarily CANCEL your Quibi account, and restart your subscription with your new billing provider.
Ex: I signed up with my email, firstname.lastname@example.org, and connected it with my Apple App Store account. 6 months later, I decide to switch from Apple to Android. Before I trade in my phone, I will cancel my Quibi account through the Apple App Store. Once I get my new Android phone and create a Google Play Store account, I will log-in to my Quibi account, and once my final App Store month is complete, I will be prompted to renew my subscription using my Play Store credentials.
Can I be billed by Apple and Google Play at the same time?
Only if you have two different Quibi accounts, with two different email addresses.
What if I forget to cancel before switching phones?

You can cancel your Google Play Store subscriptions without and Android device by following the instructions HERE.
