Oh, that’s easy! If you are unable to log in to the app:
- Click "Sign In"
- Enter your email address
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Click "Send rest link"
- Access your email and update to the password of your choice
If you're already logged in and want to update your password:
- Navigate to your “Account settings”
- Tap “My Account" select change password
- Enter your current password then create and confirm your new password
- Tap save changes
Occasionally after changing your password, you may need to close the Quibi app after and then reopen and sign in with the new password.
